“Building a New Home on an Efficient Timeline”
Tracking your new Ridgeline Home during the construction process has never been easier! Once you partner with us to build your new home; we’ll provide detailed construction updates, photos, and information about your home and the home building process.

Our goal is to guide you confidently through every stage of building your new home. By sharing our proven, efficient construction timeline, we help you and your family feel secure and at ease, knowing you’re making informed decisions every step of the way.

1. Meet with a Consultant (Sales)
You’ll partner with one of our experienced Ridgeline consultants throughout the entire homebuying process. This meeting can be held in person or virtually. Together, you’ll review home plans and available homesites to find the best fit for your family.
The goal at this stage is to select your subdivision, lot, home model, and desired upgrades, so you have a clear, accurate price for your lender. Come prepared with your list of must-haves and a budget outline to help keep the process on track.
2. Finance Your New Home
Securing financing depends on the purchase price of your home and the loan options that best suit your needs. You may work with one of our preferred lenders or a lender of your choice. Your lender will provide a pre-approval letter for the amount needed to move forward with your contract and begin construction.
3. Go Under Contract
Once we receive your pre-approval letter, we will prepare a purchase contract for your selected lot and home model, including the final price and all upgrades. After the contract is signed, we immediately begin the administrative and permitting process so construction can start as soon as possible.
We recommend completing your color and material selections at the time of contract signing (or shortly after) so we can begin ordering materials and keep your home on schedule.
4. Select Your Home’s Design Options
This is where your vision for your home’s interior and exterior style comes to life. Work with our design team to choose finishes, fixtures, and features that reflect your personal style.
5. Watch Your Dream Home Come to Life
This is the most exciting phase! You’ll receive regular updates as your home takes shape; from the issuance of your building permit, through site preparation and framing, to the installation of your selected interior and exterior finishes.
6. Move into Your New Home
Before closing on your new Ridgeline home, we’ll schedule a relaxed final walkthrough with one of our trusted representatives (typically about one hour). We’ll review every detail together to ensure everything meets your expectations and all finishing touches are complete.
We’ll also walk you through your warranties and answer any remaining questions. Once the walkthrough is finished, you’ll close on your home at the title company, where you’ll receive your keys, garage door opener, and garage keypad code.
